Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the spinning production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Operate various types of spinning machinery including Ring, MVS, Open-End, and Compact spinning machines
- Conduct regular quality checks on yarn products to ensure they meet company standards
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to maintenance personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety protocols
- Keep accurate records of production output and quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of new equipment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating spinning machinery is preferred
- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common equipment issues
