Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations and performance of the sports department to ensure sales targets are met.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of passionate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and sales conversion within the store.
- Manage the department's budget, inventory, and visual merchandising standards effectively.
- Ensure the team is well-trained in sport techniques and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
