Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sports department staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage department inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and visual merchandising to optimize product availability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed department targets and KPIs
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, helping them find the right sports equipment for their needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for department growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports or outdoor equipment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sports and customer service
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
