- Design and implement evidence-based strength and conditioning programs for athletes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field
- Master's degree or certification in strength and conditioning preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in athletic performance programming
- Proficiency in performance assessment tools (e.g., force plates, motion capture)
- Strong knowledge of sports injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Experience working with multidisciplinary medical teams
- Certification in first aid and emergency response procedures
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
