Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments for athletes and active individuals
- Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for sports-related injuries
- Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
- Develop injury prevention strategies and performance enhancement plans
- Collaborate with coaches and medical teams to ensure holistic athlete care
- Maintain accurate client records and progress documentation
- Stay current with emerging sports science research and techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or related field
- Certification in Sports Therapy or equivalent (e.g., ISRM, CSPS)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in sports rehabilitation or athletic training
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and injury pathology
- Valid first aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
