Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and screenings of patients to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
- Design, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans using advanced sports science techniques and therapeutic exercises.
- Apply manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and kinesiology taping techniques to aid in injury recovery and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with medical doctors, physiotherapists, and coaches to ensure a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Track patient progress through detailed documentation and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and prevent re-injury.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or a related medical field.
- Valid certification or license as a Sports Science Therapist or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in clinical or sports therapy settings.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
