PT Gas Putra Semangat Abadi, a leading company in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced SPPBE (LPG Filling and Transportation Station) Manager to lead our operations in Sidoarjo, East Java. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of the SPPBE facility, including receiving, storage, and distribution of LPG.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and government standards.
- Lead, train, and evaluate a team of operators and technicians to maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely replenishment.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including safety metrics and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies for permits, inspections, and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the LPG, oil & gas, or chemical industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, SHE) and hazardous material handling.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHE, PMP) are an advantage.
