Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring compliance with PSAK standards
- Lead and develop the accounting team through mentorship and process optimization
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance activities with regulatory bodies
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting systems
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to support operational efficiency
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure accurate financial reporting across all business units
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Professional certification (CPA, AKPI) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities in team management and development
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation
