Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and accounting operations for SPV entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit cycles.
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial commentary to senior management.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and intercompany settlements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to support sustainable growth objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within multinational organizations.
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage SPV structures and complex entity accounting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural, global environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
