Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor the daily production activities within the textile manufacturing unit to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure strict adherence to production standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to track performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile production costs and material usage reports.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production line and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of production output and quality control results for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in textile production supervision, audit, or quality control.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and ERP systems for reporting.
- Excellent understanding of textile production methods, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage complex schedules and targets.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional command of English.
