Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including requisition, supplier selection, and order management
- Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies aligned with budgetary constraints
- Negiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and maintain robust vendor relationships
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends
- Ensure inventory continuity through strategic stock level management and supply chain coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with operational needs
- Prepare procurement budgets and maintain compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/supply chain roles within manufacturing
- Proven expertise in vendor management and negotiation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial reports
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and inventory management tools
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and import procedures
