Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance store efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational compliance, staff performance, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to ensure high-level customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting key achievements and operational challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, performance analysis, or store management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
