We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our retail operations in Balikpapan. As a key member of the Masuya Graha Trikencana team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our Footprint & Beverage (FnB) market presence across the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated sales team, mentoring them to achieve both individual and collective targets. You will act as the bridge between the company and our valued customers, ensuring that our products reach the right markets effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Development: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to expand market share in Balikpapan and surrounding areas, focusing on F&B growth.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize business outcomes.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient supply chain management.
- Representative Role: Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, promoting our brand values and product portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record in the F&B or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team to achieve goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with distributors and clients.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement effective solutions to drive sales growth.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required to support field operations and client visits.
- Driver's License: Valid Indonesian driver’s license is an advantage.
