Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse/store operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing garment products
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock
- Train and motivate warehouse/store staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards
- Implement and maintain efficient storage and handling procedures for garment materials and finished products
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely material availability and product distribution
- Monitor and maintain warehouse/store security, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, operational efficiency, and department performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or store management, preferably in the garment industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (advantageous)
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
