Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review comprehensive production costing reports to ensure accurate profit margin analysis.
- Manage fixed asset registers, including depreciation schedules, disposals, and asset tagging audits.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and perform detailed reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for leadership review.
- Analyze variances in production costs and inventory levels, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting, preferably with a focus on manufacturing or inventory.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and major accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
