As our Senior Accountant, you will be based in our modern office in Mandaluyong City, where you will collaborate with a talented finance team and support our ongoing expansion.
Your primary focus will be managing the end-to-end finance operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance. You will prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with PFRS, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate with external auditors. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights to management through financial analysis and budgeting support.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in accounting, a CPA license is highly desirable, and proficiency in accounting software such as SAP. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the month-end closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (PFRS/IFRS) and internal policies.
- Coordinate and support external audits and regulatory filings.
- Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
