Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
