Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure account integrity
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with timely journal entries
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in external audit preparations and regulatory compliance matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience in general ledger management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
