Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the clinical team, including surgeons and medical staff.
  • Manage complex appointment scheduling, clinic coordination, and patient correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of clinical reports, patient records, and departmental documentation.
  • Support the procurement of medical supplies and equipment for the department.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery and other hospital departments.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and claim processing for staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
