In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of fulfillment strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be analyzing current fulfillment workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions to streamline logistics and inventory management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, operations, and customer service goals.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost per order.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives and recommend best practices for inventory and warehouse management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding fulfillment performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fulfillment strategy and supply chain management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
