Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process mapping initiatives to identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational health and suggest data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows, reducing turnaround times and operational costs.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all business units.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement change management strategies for new processes and systems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing project progress and impact analysis for senior management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with updated operational guidelines and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in operational excellence, business process improvement, or project management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks.
