Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of innovation and research implementation projects.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and researchers to identify research gaps and opportunities.
- Manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training programs on research methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented research projects on patient care.
- Build strong partnerships with internal departments and external research bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in healthcare administration, project management, or clinical research.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, clinical trials, and healthcare innovation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects in a hospital or clinical setting.
