Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the department to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal workflow.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for cost reduction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the departmental budget, including forecasting, procurement, and expenditure control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in operations management within the healthcare or service industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams, conducting performance appraisals, and driving change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and formulate strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
