Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the department to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal workflow.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in operations management within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, conducting performance appraisals, and driving change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and formulate strategic solutions.
