We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Asst Manager, Ops (WSH), OHC to join our team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Operating House (OHC) and Ward Support Services (WSH) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance patient safety and operational standards.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and inventory management, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Mentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews for a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical departments to coordinate theatre schedules, bed management, and patient flow efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and infection control protocols.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a relevant healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, preferably within an Operating Theatre or support services environment.
- Proven track record of leadership experience, preferably at a supervisory or management level.
- Strong knowledge of hospital management systems, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with local healthcare frameworks (e.g., MUIS, HSA) is highly desirable.
- Valid Professional Registered Nurse (PRN) or relevant operational certification.
