Tanggung Jawab
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for business initiatives
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (BPMN, UML, etc.)
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation tools
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
