Tanggung Jawab
- Perform highly visible, client-facing compliance audits to evaluate adherence to contractual SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal corporate policies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up on remediation activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding compliance findings, providing expert recommendations and strategic solutions.
- Monitor the evolving legal and regulatory landscape, updating compliance frameworks and training materials to ensure ongoing adherence.
- Conduct root cause analysis on compliance breaches and operational gaps, implementing preventive measures to mitigate future risk.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating risks and control effectiveness.
- Mentor junior analysts and support staff, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Legal teams to ensure new processes and initiatives meet compliance standards from inception.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, or quality assurance within a BPO or shared services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, or local BPO regulations).
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong executive presence and professional communication skills.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with compliance management software.
- Willing and able to work on-site in Cebu City in a shifting schedule as required by BPO operations.
