- Manage complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters across Asia Pacific
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Provide expert legal advice to senior management and various business units
- Oversee the work of external counsel and manage litigation budgets
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies
- Represent the company in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Maintain accurate litigation records and ensure proper documentation
Kualifikasi
- Qualified lawyer with at least 8-10 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong track record of handling complex litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions
- Experience in the real estate or property services industry preferred
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Admitted to practice law in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
