Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve complex commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Account Executives to navigate deal complexities and ensure approval accuracy.
- Analyze pricing, discounting, and margin requests to ensure alignment with company policies and revenue targets.
- Partner with the Legal and Finance teams to ensure all commercial terms meet compliance and risk standards.
- Drive process improvements within the Deal Desk function to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Monitor deal data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Sales Operations team.
- Maintain and update deal desk playbooks and playbooks to support the sales organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Contract Management within a B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound commercial decisions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate and explain complex terms.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of improving deal flow and process efficiency.
