NightOwl Convenience is looking for a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates and comprehensive project documentation for electrical construction projects of varying scales. Your expertise will drive the development of detailed take-offs, RFQ management, vendor pricing, and bid preparation, ensuring our projects remain on budget and ahead of schedule.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather and verify material and labor costs, prepare change orders, and maintain clear communication with external vendors. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical systems, performing material and labor take-offs using industry‑standard software, analyzing RFQs and vendor proposals, managing subcontractor quotes, and assisting in the preparation of change orders and final bid packages. You will also support the GC relations team by providing accurate documentation and cost forecasts, helping to maintain strong partnerships with general contractors and clients.

- Prepare and deliver accurate electrical construction cost estimates and project bids.
- Perform detailed material and labor take-offs using tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent.
- Analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQs), vendor pricing, and subcontractor quotes to ensure cost‑effectiveness.
- Develop and manage change orders, documenting scope changes and cost impacts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and general contractors to clarify specifications and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and estimate files for audit and future reference.
- Support the GC relations team by providing timely cost forecasts and estimates for new opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction estimating or cost management.
- Proven ability to produce accurate take‑offs and cost estimates for large‑scale projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore).
- Strong understanding of construction codes, standards, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Professional certification (e.g., CVS, CCP) is a plus.
