The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is seeking a dedicated Sr Executive, Dietetics and Catering Services to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless integration of nutritional standards and catering logistics within a specialized mental health care setting.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals that adhere to strict therapeutic diet protocols while managing vendor performance and service quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily catering operations to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery across all wards.
  • Monitor and enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with SFA regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external catering vendors, including performance tracking and SLA compliance.
  • Analyze patient dietary feedback to drive continuous improvement in menu offerings and service quality.
  • Support the Dietetic team in implementing therapeutic diet plans and nutritional protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory records and manage procurement processes for catering supplies.
  • Lead and mentor junior support staff to maintain high operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in institutional catering, healthcare food services, or hospital operations.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP certification is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospital management information systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining composure.
  • Experience in managing vendor contracts and budget reconciliations.
