Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive to join our Medical Affairs Office on a 2-year contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key administrator, ensuring the seamless operation of our medical divisions by developing robust processes and streamlining clinical workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative operations for the Medical Affairs division to ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Develop, implement, and refine standardized workflows to enhance operational efficiency across clinical departments.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrative staff, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Coordinate with medical leadership to support clinical governance and quality improvement projects.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations regarding medical affairs performance metrics for senior management.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new medical staff, ensuring adherence to departmental procedures.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate process improvement strategies to optimize team output.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information management systems.
