AS White is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Finance Accountant to join our growing finance team in Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual performance and provide recommendations for cost control.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Review and reconcile complex bank statements and intercompany accounts.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget and forecast models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in senior accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and local compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
