Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filings, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is mandatory due to stakeholder communication requirements.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling preferred).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
