Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting processes for the PAS business unit.
- Partner with project managers to monitor budget performance, cost variances, and revenue recognition.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable business intelligence to executive leadership.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, internal controls, and overall compliance.
- Manage month-end closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliation of project accounts.
- Support strategic decision-making regarding pricing, resource allocation, and market expansion.
- Mentoring and guiding junior finance team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a multinational industrial or automation sector.
- Strong technical expertise in project accounting, P&L management, and capital budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and high-level Excel modeling capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial data to non-finance partners.
- Experience working in a regional or global capacity within a structured corporate environment.
