Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation and filing of VAT, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax returns.
- Execute rigorous bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable.
- Drive process improvements and automate accounting workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to company internal control policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Support external audit processes and collaborate with tax authorities as necessary.
- Provide financial reporting support to management for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or audit.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Experience in the retail industry is a significant advantage.
