We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR & Admin Officer to join our growing team in San Juan City. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management, while also managing key administrative tasks that support our daily business operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure top talent acquisition.
- Manage employee relations, handling inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work culture.
- Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, vendor management, and supply logistics.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and company HR policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
