Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Business Office, including billing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage the revenue cycle process to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to the Executive Management Committee.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in healthcare finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore healthcare billing systems and government schemes (e.g., CHAS, HSF, MediShield Life).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
