Join Royal Caribbean Group as a Sr. Manager, Onboarding and lead the transformation of our crew onboarding experience. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end onboarding processes for global crew members, ensuring seamless transitions into our maritime hospitality environment. You'll drive documentation compliance, optimize employee service delivery, and implement innovative onboarding strategies that enhance retention and engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end crew onboarding lifecycle, from pre-boarding to 90-day integration
- Optimize documentation processing workflows for compliance and efficiency
- Oversee employee services for crew members, including benefits administration and support
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies aligned with company culture and operational goals
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes
- Analyze onboarding metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of onboarding specialists to maintain high service standards
- Ensure adherence to maritime labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3+ years in onboarding or employee services management
- Proven track record in designing and scaling onboarding programs for multinational workforces
- Expertise in HR compliance, documentation processing, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and document management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Knowledge of maritime industry regulations and international labor standards preferred
