Dexcom's Global Medical Affairs team is seeking an experienced medical affairs professional to join our award-winning team. As a global leader in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), we are dedicated to empowering people with diabetes to take control of their health through innovative technology.
In this strategic role as Senior Medical Affairs Specialist – Medical Information, based in Manila City, Metro Manila, you will serve as a critical scientific resource. You will be responsible for developing and managing medical information strategies, ensuring the accuracy of all medical content, and supporting healthcare professionals with timely, evidence-based responses.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Medical Information (MI) documents, including standard response letters (SRLs), FAQs, and disease state overviews, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with global regulatory and medical standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal stakeholders, providing balanced, evidence-based responses in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Marketing) to support product launches, lifecycle management, and safety surveillance activities.
- Monitor and analyze medical information trends and inquiries to generate actionable insights for strategic planning and medical education initiatives.
- Provide medical training and scientific support to field-based teams (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Sales) to enhance their knowledge of Dexcom products and therapeutic areas.
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulations governing medical information, product promotion, and data privacy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medical information systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Mentor junior members of the Medical Affairs team and support their professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in a health sciences field (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, specifically within Medical Information or Medical Communications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for medical information and product promotion in the Philippines and globally (e.g., FDA, EMA, ASEAN).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, concise medical communications.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
- Experience in Diabetes, Endocrinology, or Medical Devices is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in medical literature databases (e.g., PubMed, Embase) and knowledge management systems.
