Dexcom is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sr. Medical Affairs Specialist - Medical Information to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary scientific resource for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and external stakeholders regarding our innovative continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products. You will handle unsolicited, complex scientific inquiries with accuracy and empathy, ensuring that our patients and providers receive the highest level of clinical support.
We are looking for a scientific communicator who can bridge the gap between complex clinical data and practical patient care. As part of our Medical Affairs team, you will play a critical role in reinforcing Dexcom’s commitment to improving lives through better diabetes management. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle unsolicited and complex scientific inquiries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and external stakeholders regarding Dexcom products and technologies.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date medical information by interpreting clinical data, scientific literature, and regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales, to ensure consistent messaging and address emerging scientific topics.
- Monitor and analyze scientific literature and market trends to provide context to inquiries and support medical strategies.
- Participate in medical congresses, advisory boards, and internal training sessions to maintain clinical expertise and share knowledge.
- Ensure all communications adhere to industry regulations and company compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or a related scientific field within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of diabetes management, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology, and related metabolic disorders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high volumes of inquiries while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global team environment.
