Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of IM3 mobile plans, data packages, and value-added services to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the West Java region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Represent the company at community events, exhibitions, and direct sales campaigns.
- Provide expert consultation to customers regarding product features, billing, and technical support.
- Coordinate with the regional sales team to optimize territory coverage and sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales data and customer feedback in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or retail sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
