Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for commercial and fire safety solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and building owners.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender documentation that align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and project management teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful solution delivery.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of local fire safety codes, building regulations, and industry standards to provide expert-level advisory services.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from initial lead generation and site surveys to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, building automation, or fire protection industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value commercial accounts and meeting aggressive sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of fire detection, suppression systems, and integrated building management technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Highly proficient in preparing professional tenders, project costing, and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to solution selling.
