As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to solve intricate cooling and heating challenges, ensuring that our clients receive the most reliable and efficient HVAC systems available in the market today.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our HVAC market footprint in the Jakarta region.
  • Provide expert technical consulting to consultants, contractors, and building owners regarding HVAC system design and application.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client requirements and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and site surveys to final contract negotiation and project hand-over.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the local HVAC industry to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Conduct technical training and seminars for clients to showcase the value and efficiency of Johnson Controls products.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or MEP industry.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC system design, energy efficiency standards, and heat transfer principles.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite; experience with engineering design software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet with clients and inspect project sites.
