You will craft compelling job ads, manage recruitment campaigns, and utilize data-driven approaches to optimize pipeline quality. - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates for employer branding and marketing roles.
- Manage and optimize candidate pipelines through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Create visually compelling recruitment marketing materials using Canva and other design tools to attract talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sourcing initiatives with employer branding campaigns.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve pipeline efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or employer branding.
- Proven proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools for creating social media graphics and marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and social media recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
