Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies via online channels, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives to build a consistent entry-level talent pipeline.
- Utilize and maintain accurate candidate data within our ERP systems to track sourcing efficacy.
- Engage and build rapport with potential candidates in niche online communities and forums.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing tactics accordingly.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including pipeline conversion rates and time-to-fill.
- Implement creative outreach campaigns to attract passive job seekers in competitive markets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Advanced proficiency in digital sourcing tools, Boolean search strings, and social media recruiting.
- Strong background in campus recruitment and coordinating with university career centers.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse talent demographics.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure professional environment.
