Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies via online channels, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives to build a consistent entry-level talent pipeline.
  • Utilize and maintain accurate candidate data within our ERP systems to track sourcing efficacy.
  • Engage and build rapport with potential candidates in niche online communities and forums.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing tactics accordingly.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics including pipeline conversion rates and time-to-fill.
  • Implement creative outreach campaigns to attract passive job seekers in competitive markets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital sourcing tools, Boolean search strings, and social media recruiting.
  • Strong background in campus recruitment and coordinating with university career centers.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse talent demographics.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure professional environment.
