Organon is seeking a dedicated Sr. Specialist, AP Cluster FP&A to join our newly formed Cluster FP&A function in Kuala Lumpur. This 1-year contract role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding scope within the AP Markets finance organization.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving financial excellence, leveraging data-driven insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting, enhance budgeting processes, and ensure robust financial governance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the AP Cluster.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to regional leadership.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and regional accounting standards.
- Collaborate with local market finance teams to consolidate data and improve reporting accuracy.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the finance function.
- Prepare high-level management reports for regional stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP/EPM systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboarding).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Fluent in English with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract engagement.
