Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Manage financial risks and implement effective internal controls
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in financial management, reporting, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Experience working in an international company preferred
