- Oversee and manage all trade payment operations to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Conduct thorough financial reconciliations for trade payments and vendor accounts
- Develop and implement efficient disbursement processes that comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals in disbursement operations
- Monitor payment trends and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendor relations departments to resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on disbursement activities and financial metrics for management review
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Extensive experience in trade payment processing and financial reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
