In this key role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted talent advisor to our hiring managers. You will be responsible for designing innovative sourcing strategies, cultivating a robust pipeline of high-caliber professionals, and delivering an exceptional candidate journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and cold outreach to attract passive talent.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and professional engagement.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and compliant recruitment data.
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics and market trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead or support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an ROHQ, Shared Services, or BPO environment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, administrative, and leadership positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
