Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for key technical and leadership roles.
- Enhance the candidate journey by optimizing application workflows and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build talent pipelines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent in the competitive Jakarta market.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment.
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
